ADULT COACHING SIX WEEKS
What’s included
$549
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.), cholesterol panel and blood glucose
- Six weekly 50-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (completed via Zoom or in-person)
- Six full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Weekly anti-inflammatory recipe suggestions
- Weekly wellness plan (includes breathing techniques, affirmations, and SMART goal suggestions)
- Personalized vitamin/supplement recommendation list
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration OR $10 off your first order of Happy Juice (if appropriate for your wellness plan)
- Unlimited access to coach via email or WhatsApp (response within 48-72 hours)

$914 (a total of $275 per month)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying program in full
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc), cholesterol and blood glucose
- Bi-weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 6)
- Six full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- A personal development book gifted to you during your program that is relevant to your specific wellness and challenge areas
- Bi-Weekly anti-inflammatory recipe suggestions
- Bi-Weekly wellness plan (includes breathing techniques, affirmations, and SMART goal suggestions)
- Personalized vitamin/supplement recommendation list

- Includes DNA intolerance testing kit
- A personal development book gifted to you during your program that is relevant to your specific wellness and challenge areas
