This program is designed as an intensive, focused on implementing changes based on the results from an intolerance testing kit. It is for adults only, and is not recommended for anyone with chronic or complex conditions. It differs from (and does not include) regular coaching. A consultation must be scheduled and completed prior to enrolment in this program.
GUT HEALTH INTENSIVE
What’s included
$1000 (a total of $425 per month)
- Consultation fee applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying in full
- Includes DNA intolerance testing kit
- Includes DNA intolerance testing results analysis (60-90 minutes)
- Biweekly 50-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 3) following results analysis
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.), cholesterol panel and blood glucose. *Note, if you are not local, a referral letter will be provided for you to take to your doctor
- Customized healing plan with step-by-step recommendations
- Gut healing recipe book based on your intolerances and health needs
- Vitamin/supplement recommendation list
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration
- 24/7 access to coach via WhatsApp (response within 48 hours, unless otherwise notified)

ADULT COACHING THREE MONTHS
What’s included
$914 (a total of $275 per month)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying program in full
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc), cholesterol and blood glucose
- Bi-weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 6)
- Six full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Acne-safe ingredient list/ ingredients to avoid
- Cycle tracking resources, as well as movement and nutrition suggestions for each phase of your cycle
- Includes a unique gift specific to you, intuitively chosen by your nurse/health coach for your future wellness and success
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration
- Optional DNA intolerance testing kit (can be added on to program for additional cost)
- Unlimited access to coach via email or WhatsApp (response within 48-72 hours)

- Bi-weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 12)
- Twelve full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Includes DNA intolerance testing kit
- Acne-safe ingredient list/ ingredients to avoid
- Cycle tracking resources, as well as movement and nutrition suggestions for each phase of your cycle

- Additional resources provided as needed and appropriate (ex: recipes, workouts, etc.)
