Current available program durations under student coaching include one month, three months and six months.

ADULT COACHING ONE MONTH
What’s included
$399
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.), cholesterol panel and blood glucose
- Four weekly 50-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (completed via Zoom or in-person)
- Four full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Cycle tracking resources including movement and nutrition suggestions for each phase of your cycle
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration
- Optional DNA intolerance testing kit (can be added on to program for additional cost)
- Optional use of body metrics weigh scale for program duration (refundable deposit required) which measures specific weights including skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.
- Unlimited access to coach via email or WhatsApp (response within 12-24 hours)

ADULT COACHING THREE MONTHS
What’s included
$914 (a total of $275 per month)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying program in full
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc), cholesterol and blood glucose
- Bi-weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 6)
- Six full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- A ritual kit designed to connect you to your feminine energy. Being in tune with Her will help to heighten your intuition, tap into your creativity, nurture your relationships, and become magnetic to the opportunities the universe has to offer you.
