Post-Partum
Feeling lost and confused through the process of pregnancy and then postpartum, I realized there isn’t a ton of support for pregnant women if they choose to do things safely “their way”. Postpartum you follow up with your doctor and health nurse but I wished I had someone to just talk with.
This can be the most exciting time mixed with a feeling of so many new changes and what ifs. I wanted to help build parents up and be a support system for them to lean on. From the long sleepless nights to the contact naps, healing and new experiences I wanted to be present with you to help you transition into parenthood.

Post-Partum Programs
Current available program durations under student coaching for post-partum include six weeks and six months.

ADULT COACHING SIX WEEKS
What’s included
$549
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.), cholesterol and blood glucose
- Six weekly 50-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (completed via Zoom or in-person)
- Six full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Includes a set of 6 weekly booklets to help guide you through the fourth trimester
- Ongoing support week by week with continuous, confidential and open contact with coach via WhatsApp (response within 24-48 hours)

ADULT COACHING SIX MONTHS
What’s included
$1589 (a total of $250 per month)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying program in full
- A pre-program, mid-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc), cholesterol and blood glucose
- Bi-weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 12)
- Twelve full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Includes DNA intolerance testing kit
- Includes 6 week postpartum workbook on fourth trimester
- Individual additional resources based on milestones for baby and mum
- Personalized gift for mum ($50 value)
- Access to additional mum programs held virtually or in person
- Continuous, confidential and open contact with coach via WhatsApp (response within 24-48 hours)

Pallative
Having watched the complexity of different diagnoses and palliative medicine in hospital and in my personal life, I have always wished for a better support system for families and patients.
Dignity and wishes should be heard and upheld, I want to ensure that time isn’t taken lightly, that we get to cherish all the moments with those we love while we can, and allow ourselves to grieve when the time comes.

Pallative Programs
Current available program durations under student coaching for palliative include one month (with flex extension) for palliative clients and three to six months for family of palliative clients if needing additional support.
Prices set to change in January 2024.
PALLIATIVE COACHING ONE MONTH
What’s included
$250 per month (one month at a time)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- No fixed structure; there is no requirement for lengths of programs or amount of sessions
- Support for the client themselves and their family; can be completed virtually or in person
- Guidance in transitions and planning specific to individuals needs and wishes
- Guidance with grief through difficult circumstances and diagnosis
- Mindfulness and grounding tools
- Advocacy for individuals last wishes and care
- Emotional support during care and directly following for family
- Support in hospital or at home available
- Continuous, confidential and open contact to coach via WhatsApp (12 hour response)
