You are in the right place if…
- You are a busy, active, high achieving male or female who is passionate about improving your health/wellness, but you struggle to find balance/feel burnt out
- You are an athlete who prioritizes your training and nutrition, but is unsure how to optimize recovery and feels burnt out or fatigued
- You take all the right steps towards good health, but still suffer from unpleasant symptoms such as low energy and fatigue, GI symptoms (gas, bloating, constipation, etc), low sex drive, skin issues, mood fluctuations, and more
- You are actively taking steps towards your health and wellness but still feel like there’s something missing
- You feel like you are doing all the right things but feel like you have hit a roadblock and are unable to reach your goals
- You have extremely high expectations of yourself and put a lot of pressure on yourself to succeed – which in turn leads to increased stress and decreased satisfaction
- You have reached your current goals but you now want to achieve a higher level of physical and mental fitness while maintaining good health
- You were once more active, eating better and/or taking steps towards better health but you have recently lost sight of that and are wanting to find ways to prioritize your health again
Current available program durations under student coaching include three months and six months.

ADULT COACHING THREE MONTHS
What’s included
$914 (a total of $275 per month)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying program in full
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc), cholesterol and blood glucose
- Bi-weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 6)
- Six full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- A personal development book gifted to you during your program that is relevant to your specific wellness and challenge areas
- Wellness journal/planner gifted to you to use during your program
- Additional resources provided as needed and appropriate (like recipes, workouts, etc.)
- Personalized vitamin/supplement recommendation list
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration
- DNA intolerance testing kit, Hormone testing kit, and/or microbiome testing kit (can be added onto program for additional cost)
- Unlimited access to coach via email or WhatsApp (response within 48-72 hours)

$1589 (a total of $250 per month)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying program in full
- A pre-program, mid-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc), cholesterol and blood glucose
- Bi-weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 12)
- Twelve full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Includes DNA intolerance testing kit
- A personal development book gifted to you during your program that is relevant to your specific wellness and challenge areas
- Wellness journal/planner gifted to you to use during your program
- Additional resources provided as needed and appropriate (like recipes, workouts, etc.)
