Current available program durations under student coaching include one month, three months and six months.

ADULT COACHING ONE MONTH
What’s included
$399
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 4)
- Four full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Includes a personalized directory of resources, products and recommendations organized in easy to find online folders
- Includes a wellness guide for further inspiration and to work at your own pace
- Unlimited access to coach via email or WhatsApp (response within 48 hours, unless otherwise notified)
- NOTE: Consent from legal guardian is required for those under the age of 18

ADULT COACHING THREE MONTHS
What’s included
$914 (a total of $275 per month)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying program in full
- Bi-weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 6)
- Six full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Includes a personalized directory of resources, products and recommendations organized in easy to find online folders
- Includes a wellness guide for further inspiration and to work at your own pace
- Includes a customized journal based on your needs and concerns
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration
- Optional DNA intolerance testing kit (can be added on to program for additional cost)
- Unlimited access to coach via email or WhatsApp (response within 48 hours, unless otherwise notified)
- NOTE: Consent from legal guardian is required for those under the age of 18
