Polygala (Polygala tenuifolia) (root) 100 mg, Jujube (Zizyphus spinosa) (seed) 100 mg, Poria (Poria cocos) (sclerotium) 100 mg, Biota (Biota orientalis) (seed) 50 mg, Gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides) (fruit) 50 mg, Tangerine (Citrus reticulata) (peel) 25 mg, Bai-Zhu Atractylodes (Atractylodes macrocephala) (rhizome) 25 mg, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) (root) 20 mg, Platycodon (Platycodon grandiflorum) (root) 10 mg, Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa) (root) 10 mg, Job’s Tears (Coix lachryma-jobi) (seed) 10 mg.

 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), and silicon dioxide.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 2 tablets 2-3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Recommended Use: Biota seed, Yuan Zhi, Poria, and Jujube are traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to quiet the heart and calm the spirit.

 

Caution: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte balance. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. Diuretic effect may occur. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner in the event of allergic reaction, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if new symptoms develop, if you are taking prescription medication, have a liver disorder, or a serious medical condition. Avoid long term use. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
