Looking back at the years that I felt lost and unsure in the world as I moved through teenage life, I can’t help but have this burning desire to help young girls feel loved and supported in such uncertain times. That being said, I have a passion so big and a desire to help anyone who is ready to become their happiest and healthiest and I truly love to help anyone who feels in alignment with my energy. I love to work with individuals who are:
- Looking for guidance on coming off birth control
- Wanting to enhance their self-love
- Needing some support to improve mental health
- Experiencing hormonal imbalances
- Looking for a way to enhance their nutrition in a way that honors their own unique body
- Wanting to implement sustainable lifestyle changes to help reach their goals
- Looking to approach their health through a holistic lens and improve all areas of their life, beyond nutrition and exercise
ADOLESCENT COACHING
Adolescent coaching options begin with a 1 month entry program to discover if you can work together to help heal troublesome areas in your life, and help guide you to making healthy and sustainable choices after you’re done.
What’s included
$299
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- A health screening testing appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.), cholesterol panel and blood glucose
- Four weekly 50-minute coaching calls to discuss troublesome areas (education provided based on individual needs)
- Four full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- A focus on period tracking education and menstrual cycle health
- Age-appropriate workout guide provided weekly, that is tailored around your cycle
- Glass water bottle and menstrual tracking app included
- Continuous, confidential and open contact to coach via WhatsApp (with parental/guardian consent)
- Adolescent entry program is for those between the ages of 13-17, however, your coach will consider those outside this age range on a case-by-case basis (as long as the client is of mature age)
- NOTE: Consent from legal guardian is required for those under the age of 18
- Following this entry program, if both the coach and client determine that they are a good fit for each other, a customized program and price will be developed specific to the client’s needs moving forward

ADULT COACHING ONE MONTH
What’s included
$525
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- A health screening testing appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.), cholesterol panel and blood glucose
- Four weekly 50-minute 1:1 coaching calls (completed via Zoom or in-person)
- Four full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Weekly anti-inflammatory meal plan/recipe suggestions
- Access to various educational resources, workout plans, and other materials that align with your unique journey
- Personalized vitamin/supplement recommendation list
- Unlimited access to coach via email (response within 48-72 hours)

What’s included
$1125 (a total of $325 per month)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying program in full
- Bi-weekly 50-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 6)
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.), cholesterol panel and blood glucose
- A personalized gift from the coach related to your goals during the program
- Access to various educational resources, workout plans, and other materials that align with your unique journey
- Personalized vitamin/supplement recommendation list
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration
- Optional use of body metrics weigh scale for program duration (refundable deposit required) which measures specific weights including skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.
- Optional DNA intolerance testing kit (can be added on to program for additional cost)
- Unlimited access to coach via email (response within 48-72 hours)

- Includes DNA intolerance testing kit
- A personalized gift from the coach related to your goals during the program
- Access to various educational resources, workout plans, and other materials that align with your unique journey
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration
- Includes complimentary access to all online or in-person workshops/events that are offered throughout your program’s duration, as well as two additional weeklong education courses
