ADULT COACHING SIX WEEKS
What’s included
$549
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.), cholesterol panel and blood glucose
- Six weekly 50-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (completed via Zoom or in-person)
- Six full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Weekly wellness suggestions that will support you to reach your health and wellness goals
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration
- Unlimited access to coach via email or WhatsApp (response within 48 hours)

ADULT COACHING THREE MONTHS
What’s included
$914 (a total of $275 per month)
- Consultation fee is applied to total cost
- Reduced cost if paying program in full
- A pre-program and post-program health screening appointment including vital signs, body measurements and specific weights (skeletal mass, water mass, muscle mass, etc.), cholesterol and blood glucose
- Bi-weekly 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (for a total of 6)
- Six full recap emails post-session, summarizing topics discussed, recommendations made, and access to any resources required for education purposes
- Weekly wellness suggestions that will support you to reach your health and wellness goals
- Unique gift based on your goals during the program
- Includes 10% discount to Metagenics Supplements throughout your program duration
- Optional DNA intolerance testing kit (can be added on to program for additional cost)
- Unlimited access to coach via email or WhatsApp (response within 48 hours)

- Includes DNA intolerance testing kit
- Weekly wellness suggestions that will support you to reach your health and wellness goals
