If there’s one thing I love about a good smoothie, it’s the fact that you can whip it up in just a few minutes flat AND get in a serving or two of veggies with no real effort.⠀
⠀
I’m all about ease lately- but doing so in a way that is healthy too.⠀
⠀
As you’ll read in my blog post going up later this evening about ‘organized chaos’, I’m fairly confident that living in this state is just a normal part of being human.⠀
⠀
And right now?⠀
⠀
Life is especially chaotic 😆⠀
⠀
Our food truck season is in full gear, and I’m learning all over again what it is like to balance two businesses and give my ALL to both without slacking.⠀
⠀
Cue in smoothies.⠀
⠀
Sometimes a full breakfast like my favourite tofu scramble isn’t an option, and I’m left with only a few minutes to whip something up as I’m running out the door.⠀
⠀
Smoothies offer the flexibility and nutrition I need to show up as my best self without feeling drained or hangry.⠀
⠀
This is one of my newest favourites- and I hope you enjoy it too.
